Payments can be made through our secure online portal. For assistance, contact our support team by using the 'Support' tab at the top of the screen and completing the short form.

Ensure you have registered with IoA and accessed DataCamp through our member dashboard. Use the same email for both platforms. Try resetting your password and double checking you are using the correct email address.

Log in to the IoA Platform, then follow this path: Learning > Click on "View" in Knowledge & Analytics > Click on "Go to Datacamp".

Changing your email ID in DataCamp/Dataquest can create a new account, separate from your old one. Your previous course progress is likely tied to the old email ID. You can either try logging in with your old email or contact DataCamp support to check if merging accounts under two different email IDs is possible.

Just email membership@ioaglobal.org to let us know your new email address. We will make sure your new email address is updated and ensure you can log into your IoA Member account. We will update Datacamp and Dataquest too. Please allow 2 working days for the changes to go live.
